Assessment Specialist, Instructure
James Seaman is Instructure’s K-12 assessment and data specialist for California. Working with Mastery Connect and Instructure since 2012, James has consulted with hundreds of schools and districts across the country, guiding them on adoption and implementation of data-driven formative assessment strategies. Prior to that, James spent a decade teaching middle school in New York City and New Orleans. James has a master’s degree in history from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in teaching from Pace University.
